How to Register?
Before you start shopping, you need to register yourself with us and give us information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. Registration is very easy with Charu Jewels. Three of our sections i.e. Shopping Cart, Order History and My ccount are password protected. When you click on any of these links you will reach a sign in age. A new user can register here or members can login to their account directly.

How to Place An Order?
Placing an order with Charu Jewels is quick and simple. As you browse through the Charu Jewels.com, you can put the items that you want to purchase instantly in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link ‘Add To’ link to Shopping Cart is provided with every item that is displayed on the screen. If you haven't logged in yet, you will reach the login page

How does Charu Jewels protect your privacy?
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. Charu Jewels will not give out your telephone number or e-mail address, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order. We will not give out your credit card number or any account information unless you authorize it, e.g., processing a credit card payment. This information is collected primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to deliver you a truly personalized shopping experience. However, we must cooperate fully, should a situation arise, where we are required by law or statutory obligation or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have purchased from our store or registered, we may inform you about our promotional activities as & when it is suited as per venue.

How to View your Shopping Cart?
Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on view order status at the top of the page. You can select the person to whom you wish to send the items. All you need to do is to select the name of the person whom you want to send that particular product and click on the update button. Incase you wish to add a new address, please click on 'add new address' and fill in the details in the subsequent page.

Review Your Order History
In your personal area you can view the details of all the orders you've placed with Charu Jewels till date. Just click on Order History in My Account section and see the full details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases. You can select the start date and the end date.

Manage your Shipping Address
You can change your default shipping address depending on where you want your order delivered. Just go to My account, click on Modify your address book entries and view billing details from your order sections.

Charu Jewels provides you various payment options to enable easy shopping.

• Demand Draft - Payable at Surat
• Cash on Delivery

Credit Card (Master/Visa)
To Purchase our range of our products, you need paypal account.VISA and MasterCard payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your credit card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through us.

Cheque - Payable at Surat (At Par)
If you have chosen this payment option then please print out the order form, which you receive at the last step of placing an order, with the complete details and send it along with the cheque in favour of 'CHARU JEWELS'

Demand Draft - Payable at Surat

(Your order will be shipped immediately on receipt of the Demand Draft.)

Cash on Delivery
At the time of delivery please hand over the CASH against delivery of the product. The product will be delivered in a sealed condition. Please DO NOT accept any packet / parcel which appears to be tampered or damaged externally.
